Total Strength: Our total strength class is designed to help you lift heavy, in a safe and guided environment. We offer a push day & pull day. Each class is a full body class incorporating upper body and lower body blocks alongside core and smaller muscle groups

Hyrox Training: We offer 3 types of Hyrox Group Classes:
- Hyrox Engine: Enhance your stamina and endurance with our HYROX Engine Class. Designed to build your aerobic capacity and muscular endurance, this session prepares you for peak performance in your next HYROX race.
- Hyrox Strength: Build strength and endurance in our HYROX Strength Class. This total body workout combines functional movements with strength training to target major muscle groups and boost your conditioning. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class will push your limits and help you achieve your fitness goals.
- Hyrox Intervals: Maximize your performance with our HYROX Intervals Class. This high-intensity workout combines short bursts of intense exercises with brief recovery periods, designed to enhance your strength, speed, and endurance. Ideal for all fitness levels, this class will help you burn calories, build muscle, and improve overall fitness.

Spartan Training: Master Spartan-specific obstacles like rope climbs, monkey bars, walls, and spear throws. Learn and perfect your techniques, then challenge yourself in our daily WOD to apply what you've learned.

FOF Hybrid: A dynamic functional strength and conditioning class designed to build a well-rounded athlete. Utilizing kettlebells, battle ropes, sandbags, and more, you'll develop strength, endurance, and mobility through purposeful movements. Perfect for improving athletic performance and everyday functionality.

FOF Build: Focus on building strength and definition with this hypertrophy-driven class! Designed to target key areas like shoulders, biceps, triceps, core, and glutes, this session emphasizes high-volume training to help you shape and strengthen your body. Perfect for anyone looking to fine-tune and grow their smaller muscle groups

Run Club Trails: This class will be found on the trails around the OC area. The location and time will vary. Suitable for all levels, you can walk, jog, or run. Each week will have a different focus from hill repeats, aerobic threshold, running technique, etc.
